Please make sure that you read the terms on this page. These terms affect your membership as a NitroBlogger.com member.

You Do Not Have Resale Rights To The Included "Training" Source Documents that are included in you ready made members area. These training manuals that we have created for your customers for you may be edited by you to match your new reseller sites name and branding. They may also be edited and expanded to include more training if you wish. These must be distributed in your members area as a PDF file. The included MS Word documents are for your use only to edit the manuals.
You Cannot Sell Resale Rights To Your Members site you may only sell subscriptions to your site to end users. You can however offer an affiliate program.
You may rename your resellers site to anything you wish.
You may edit the included graphics to change the sites name from Nitro Blogger to anything you wish or you may use 100% new graphics that you create to make your site different from all the other resellers (this is recommended but not necessary)
You may use the included sales letter or you may also optionally change the sales letter in any way that you wish.
Reading This Terms Page Is Mandatory Before You Sell Any Products
You may never give access to the blog content for free, these must be sold in your members area only they are not to be given away.

Resale Terms

NitroBlogger.com Blog Content & Comments

The NitroBlogger.com content including blog posts and comments are to be sold to end users ONLY.

This means that you CANNOT sell any form of rights to these materials to anyone, anytime for any reason.

This content also cannot be given away for free or included as a bonus to any other product for any reason.

This is protect the value of the NitroBlogger.com content for all of the other resellers as I'm sure you understand.

None of us want to see the same product we're selling for $20 a month being given away.

NitroBlogger.com is designed to be an "end user" membership site. This means that everything we provide to you can be customized with YOUR name as the author but that all the training, blog content, comments and training that you have access to is to be sold to people for *personal use ONLY* you may not sell resell rights to them.

These terms also apply to the 1000 bonus articles available upon signup.

The blog content and blog comments cannot be separated from the NitroBlogger.com offering or added to any other membership site.

They cannot be added as bonuses to any products for any reason.

If You Want To Sell To Resellers

If you want to sell to resellers, there is only one option...

To have them signup for our main NitroBlogger.com resellers site through your affiliate link. No exceptions.

A Note On Membership Sites

You may have a membership site and may also be wondering if you can add our products to an existing membership site.

The answer is no, unless... it is a members site based only on blogging. If it is a members site that gives rights to any other products then this would NOT be ok. If you are unsure just submit a support and ask us.

Adding the product to an existing membership site that is not based solely on blogging is the same as giving it away as a free bonus and does devalue the product for other sellers.

This also means that you cannot give away memberships to your separate NitroBlogger.com website to existing members of another membership site even if it is paid.

This falls under our "No Product Can Be A Bonus" rule.

NitroBlogger.com PLR Products (The Training For Your Members)

You are under no circumstances allowed to sell the source documents to the NitroBlogger.com products.

When referring to "the NitroBlogger.com products" We mean the source word documents to the PDF training manuals in your members area.

This means that you cannot transfer the source documents to any other person or persons for any reason at any time.

You are also not permitted to store the source documents on a live web server for any reason. The best thing you can do is burn all of the products to a CD or store them directly on your hard drive.

You do not have rights to the training documentation. Rights are reserved exclusively for the blog content, comments and "end user" training content that you get each month.

These documents are intended as a supplement to your purchase in order to equip you with the knowledge that you need to sell your actual membership site access.
